Known as Úytaahkoo, or "White Mountain," this sacred site holds profound cultural, spiritual, and historical significance for these communities. Mount Shasta is revered as a central figure in their traditions and spiritual practices, representing a deep connection to the land and their heritage. We honor and respect the enduring legacy of these indigenous peoples and their ongoing relationship with this sacred land.
