All therapeutic sessions are tailored to the specific needs of each client, combined with an intuitive and integrative approach to massage therapy.

Sacred Shakti approaches each client and session in a sacred way through ​intention setting, sanskrit chants and mindfulness.

Swedish Massage​

A therapeutic massage with long strokes using light to firm pressure, depending upon the needs of the client. 

Deep Tissue Massage

Focused on the deeper layers of musculature utilizing deep pressure with emphasis on areas of tension. 

Myofascial Release 

Gentle stretching of the elastic fiber of connective tissue  followed by localized deep pressure to release hypersensitivity within skeletal muscles.

Lymphatic Massage

Gentle, light and rhythmic mindful strokes that support and enhance one's immune function and overall health. Effective in reducing post-surgery swelling and inflammation. It can include abdominal and around breast tissue techniques upon consent. A minimum of 3 sessions is recommended for optimal results.

Abhyanga Massage

A warm oil massage with herbal oils specific to your unique body constitution. Abhyanga style massage works with the downward movement of prana (life force energy) making it deeply grounding and relaxing.​

Raindrop Therapy

Raindrop Therapy is a gentle, spine-focused treatment that combines therapeutic-grade essential oils with light, soothing massage techniques. The oils are applied along the spine to release tension and restore balance to the body and mind. Each session ends with a 15-minute integration period for the body to fully absorb the therapeutic benefits in a restful state.
